The team at Junior Motorcycles is proud to present its new 2003 catalogue. With this indispensable tool it will be possible to produce stunning custom show bikes in the way you imagined them. Throughout the year The Research and Development department at Junior Motorcycles has maintained a relentless drive to bring you products that are both innovative and visually stunning. Products like CNC machined adjustable handlebars, Softail™ swingarms that allow the installation of a 200mm tire on a stock frame, adjustable forward control brackets that are both adjustable and rubber-mounted, FXR™ and DYNA™ custom swingarms, reversiblebrake rotors and much more. In order to achieve quality products we start with only the best materials, 304 stainless steel or 420 heat treated stainless steel and 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum. All of the chrome on our products is triple plated show chrome and all of the hardware is stainless steel. Motorcycle manufacturing is our primary business and we manufacture complete motorcycles that are fully DOT, EPA and CARB certified in both Canada and the USA. All of the parts we offer have been thoroughly tested using the same guidelines and procedures that are necessary for these types of certifications.
