The boats were constructed through the 1950's and 1960's with an Aluminum or fiberglass hulls and were powered by outboard motors. The boats were available in a variety of configurations ranging from bare bones outboard with tiller controlled direction to units with a center console and windscreen. Construction techniques used included through hull riveting with pounded rivets. The boats were very durable, and many are still in service today.
